INSTRUCTIONS: 

TEMPERATURE: 300-310 F

PRESSURE: HEAVY

TIME: 10-15 SECONDS ( PLEASE TEST PRESS FIRST!)

A CLAMSHELL HEAT PRESS WORKS BEST WITH THIS MATERIAL

CUT SETTINGS: ON A CRICUT: CARDSTOCK MORE / BONDED FABRIC ( 2 passes if your blade doesn't cut all the way through)  

OR Use a 45-degree blade with force of 35/40 and speed of 10-15

PEEL: COLD

WASH: INSIDE OUT IN COLD WATER AND HANG DRY
