In Commander I'm much more likely to care about abilities that are abusable, and Riot isn't particularly easy to abuse
It also allows you to check when and where cards have been reprinted and confirm format legalities, and it even features community options to rate cards or comment on them to open up discussion

Another card that strongly supports the Angel theme and the life gain sub-theme is Lyra Dawnbringer
A more widespread printing like this should do wonders for its price, making it affordable for any graveyard lover out there
This is still a powerful card, and it's possible it might see some niche play in the sideboards of blue decks that don't have access to board wipes
There are already better cards than this for what it does, which makes me believe this will be a great Commander/EDH card, and not much else
Finally, here are three more cards that get you a bit more value out of your deck
Life from the Loam is a great engine card, and don’t pass up Crop Rotation as a way to find a fetchland to kick things off — it doesn’t always have to grab utility lands
You could potentially use this to keep tokens in check by using either Clockspinning or my favourite token eater, Chisei, Heart of Oceans
These are the people with boots on the ground, working to keep peace
Perhaps he'd also be a good ramp option for Obeka, Brute Chronologist, who could end the turn to skip the land-return drawback
